Mail Service and Deliveries
The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers all mail to main hospital mailroom. The mailroom staff will deliver all mail to each tenant suite daily. Outgoing mail is collected in the mailroom staff when delivering incoming mail to tenant suites. At this time, no mail is delivered to the tenant mailboxes located in the medical office building.
Small Packages
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS, and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
Large Deliveries
Large deliveries and freight for tenants at BSW Hillcrest I takes place at the loading dock behind the main hospital. The entrance to the lot is located at 100 Hillcrest Medical Boulevard behind the main hospital. Freight deliveries must utilize the hospital loading dock.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advance reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure the tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
